Back room staff

If it seems rosenior takes the manager job is the delay in sorting out the backroom staff .will he want a good assistant something critchley never seemed to be able to keep or will he have to keep what was left behind and work with them .

Maybe John Murphy could step up to be an assistant. He seems to have done well

The previous ownership used to impose the remaining back room staff on any new manager. These days they usually get paid off/go on ‘Gardening Leave’ or redeployed. Can imagine any new manager will want people around him that he knows and trusts.
