Likely to miss 3 games, starting with Pboro!
Noooooooooooooooooo.Could do with a few more international call ups and we get the games postponed.
Because they lump or the qualifiers together England for example have 3 games in seven days. Why cant they just play them midweek like they used to and have your players available for the weekend!
Too many qualifying games now, the smallest nations should have to qualify to go into the groups with the higher seeded nations, that would reduce the international fixtures.
Losing Ballard will be a major issue for us.
San Marino, Gibraltar, Luxembourg, Malta I could go on, never qualify from a group for a tournament.Because they lump or the qualifiers together England for example have 3 games in seven days.
Totally agree with your other points should be a Lge1 and 2 with promotion and relegation from it and just group's of 4 with 6 qualifiers each not 10.
I hope you're right!!Husband and Thorniley or Grettarson. Not a big issue as long as those three are available
Think this also means we’d be mad to go back in for Ballard when his loan runs out ether permanently or another loan. He’s just not available for selection enough.
I like your optimism.Wouldn't be an issue if we get promoted...
All left sided. Ballard was our only fit right sided cb. Turton to rcb?Husband and Thorniley or Grettarson. Not a big issue as long as those three are available
Husband slotted in fine at RCB. Not ideal but needs mustAll left sided. Ballard was our only fit right sided cb. Turton to rcb?
There is no choice.Great.. that's all we need our first choice CB combination Ekpiteta and Ballard unavailable at a crucial stage not to mention Stewart and Madine.
With Gretarsson unlikely to be match fit and Thorniley predominantly left sided I'd be tempted to go with Turton and Husband as the CB's as mentioned in an above post, with Gabriel and Garbutt as the full backs.
Why exactly?There is no choice.
Play 2 lefties at CB and we'll get dicked.
Because they aren't out and out CB's in terms of Husband..Why exactly?
Teams often play with two right footers at centre back and yet it’s never mentioned. What’s the difference with lefties? Clark Robertson and Curtis Tilt weren’t a bad partnership...
Is it? I often hear this trotted out but it seems to be a bit of a myth. Why is it harder playing on the ‘wrong foot’ for a leftie than it is for a right footed player?Because they aren't out and out CB's in terms of Husband..
Playing on the wrong foot is much harder for a leftie.
That’s absolutely wild but I like itGreat.. that's all we need our first choice CB combination Ekpiteta and Ballard unavailable at a crucial stage not to mention Stewart and Madine.

Unlikely away from home, but tinkerman is capable of anything. A tough game whichever way you look at it, even with a first choice eleven. It's not a happy hunting ground but it needs to be today. for at least a draw, but difficult not to fear the worst. That’s absolutely wild but I like it
I'm a bit confused by this too. Is it because the left footer is more likely to face players who carry the ball with the right foot than vice versa? Is it?
