Because the whole squad know what is expected of them if they get the nod and are in the team.
I still remember Turton looking at Grayson for help during a match where he was often 2 against 1 and getting nothing.

Easily beaten by a very technically good side who were all comfortable on the ball even when under a bit of pressure. Could have been 8 or 9 if not for the woodwork . Slighty worrying that we couldn't create any decent chance in the whole game.

A mismatch from start to finish with Blackpool at least a class above Barrow. I imagine they will be vying for promotion back to the championship.

Absolutely mullered by a very good footballing side who played the ball 95% on the deck.

It certainly sounds like there was a huge gulf in class and positive for the type of football we played.
 
Was anyone else there yesterday impressed with Ollie Norburn? Looks like a beautifully composed footballer, the kind we’ve been crying out for in there these past couple of seasons.

Just out of interest how many games have we actually seen him play ?? On record he’s only played at Southport and scored
Then had t been played /given chance since
Apart from playing for dobbies dev squad week before last and scored twice within 28 mins and for the record that that was against clitheroes first team so was against men !! Another thing people seem to pick at !!
Unless we have watched every game and he’d been given a full chance in ore season I’m confused how you can make this statement !!

I've seen probably half a dozen games he's been part of, but that's why it says 'from what we've seen'

You talk about the men's football criticism, but look at his numbers out on loan in mens football (non league men's football) and it's a legitimate comment

I'd love to be wrong but it's a BIG year for him, he needs to kick on whether it's here or on Loan or I suspect he could be moved on at the end of his contract next summer.

In MENS football
What do you think the dev league is they are 20 up to 23 !!
I’m unsure what half dozen games you have seen but in my opinion he’s not as bad as you make out I go to most dev games as my younger lad is in the u16 and he looks brilliant scores most games in fact scored twice the week before last when Dobbie requested he played supposedly !!
You may of seen handful of games where he’s come of the bench maybe 10 mins here or there hes not had much more time that that possibly 20. The most Iv seen in first team football .
I was talking to his family a while back as for his loans at United if Manchester the lad did brilliant got player of the month a few times at Chorley the club didn’t ensure he got play time
And he was lucky if he got more than 5 minutes at afc the club even told him there own players were prioritised as Holmes was only on months long loan again didn’t get played much maybe the odd 15 mins or so . so I’m unsure where you get he’s not good enough from unless you see him week in week out your not seeing enough to judge
And as for saying critch must of made his mind up he’s not good enough I think you’ll find it’s more a case of he’s not his type of static striker !! He can certainly score and is exciting to watch hopefully he’ll get a chance at a desent club because he’ll be another that gets away
This club is poor with youngsters apter will be bench warming all season and Moore will be passed around national league clubs like Holmes was !!

Tell ya what, let's see how many games he plays under Neil Critchley, a man renowned as one Tue best coaches in the country for developing young talent, that'll be the acid test of whether he's good enough, I'd certainly hope he is, but also I'll judge it on what I've seen and not some weird loyalty because he's a Blackpool fan.

What on earth are you in about you moron I don’t know his family nor claim to know them you absolute goon !! As stated I watch the youth regularly as my son plays for the u16.s as stated so we follow the younger teams !! What an absolute idiot !!

my expert analysis on strikers come on now princess I’m just stating critch plays a certain way and when I watch Holmes he’s not static Iv never once claimed to be an expert nor said coz he’s local he should be good enough as for him being a fan I wouldn’t know or give a monkeys toss if I’m honest I’m just saying your quick to write the kid off and I do hope your proved wrong that’s of the lad gets a chance as I know he’s not Sao far this pre season and Dobbie seems to rate the lad so I’m behind him unlike you and your shit comments about him being local he can be from anywhere for all I care I couldn’t give a Fck aslong as he had his chance and did the job I’ll always back the lad as he can bloody score and he’s a great player all I see is him getting stick and it’s actually pretty shit he’s young and learning we shouldn’t be writing him off should be backing the lad is shambolic

Get your facts right then before claiming I know this that snd the other Iv not said the club isn’t good enough Iv said it doesn’t ensure their loans are used properly !! This is something that’s been brought up for the younger boys in fact so I have thanks !!
Oh I’m not that sad I just don’t like young lads being written off when haven’t seen. Them play full games !! Nothing to do with where there from or who they bloody support themselves like you have very humorously stated !!

What by accusing me of knowing somones family Because Iv spoken to them couple times at the youth games or writing of players that you haven’t seen and that can score !! What is it your trying to imply !! Apart from stating a young lad should be binned off like I said watch more of his games and goals and get better facts

As for knowing the family like Iv said numerous times Iv gone to most of these youth games and Iv chatted to his father along with some of the other players fathers but what does it matter all I’m saying is so quick to bin off call shit won’t make it must have better managerial skills than dobbie and Blinky and ciaran Connolly 🤣 wow this thread full of princesses should be spurring for these kids to kick on not ripping them apart stating they think they should be picked because thete blackpool fans never heard so much bullshit we’ve no idea who any of these kids support so Fck knows what that has to do with anything
