Beer bottle tops .....any help appreciated

My youngest lad is getting one of those big Hardwood cable reel drum things to make an outdoor table.

For the table top he wants to stick hundreds of beer bottle tops on it, grout the whole thing and finish in epoxy resin.

Any ideas how he can get a lot of beer bottle tops that aren't all creased up as they tend to be if they’ve been taken off with a bottle opener?

I know it’s an unusual request so any help greatly appreciated chaps/ ladies

Eldest one is yes Michelle but he’s often at their other cafe The Number 5. He won’t be there much longer as he will be starting a new job but I can pick em up anytime to save you having to bother.

It’s a big collectible scene. Cheap to start off if your lad isn’t fussy. I can get you loads of German stuff, depending on how quick your lad wants to do it?

The small bottles of Budweiser have tops you can twist off with your hands (on a good day).
Don’t know if any other beers do these but the buds come off unmarked.
 
Hey I’ve collected a couple of hundred bottle tops off our bar for you this weekend they are a mixture of. Bud. Desperado. Corona. Rekorderligs wkd San Miguel
I will carry on collecting them each weekend until you think I may have enough
Probs 200 or so just from this weekend
