Was Beesley a Crichley signing? Can’t remember who signed and when.
Another one who has a big season ahead to see if he can cut the mustard at this level or it’s back down to league 2 he goes.
 
Beesley signed when Critch was here but he didnt feel like a Critch signing if that makes sense. Maybe not.

Yeah he was signed under Critchley, I think he came on to score 2 goals against Birmingham if I remember correctly in that season. One thing is for sure he's not to be played wide right which happened under Appleton.
 
Could be our secret gem this season. Doing the Gaz Maz, Simms role with wee Shayne banging them in.

Who knows? I once thought Ormerod was shit and Gerard Bruno would be a top Prem signing 😂
 
Not many on here have given him the time required to settle, to many have written him off without giving good reason. He now
has the opportunity to play , if he can retain his fitness levels he will be a asset this season.
 
Yep I hope the next couple of signings will be forward players who can deliver a quality ball in or around the box. Dale if he stays will be expected
to produce !.

It's impossible for any of us to judge him on the very limited amount of appearances he's made. 6 starts and 5 sub appearances in 1.5 to 2 seasons or 548 minutes in total which is the equivalent of 6 x 90 minutes.

He seems quick and sharp and direct. He could make a decent striker. We all hope so.
 
He is like a new signing really, infact if we signed him now people would be excited about it.
 
If he's fit he could be a hidden gem. Scored well in league two, he's got the physicality and suits the pressing Critchley game. 🤞
 
Kill me now if he’s our big hope for the season. Not even young, give Morecambe or Barrow a call and get him of the wage bill.
 
He’s already shown his ability and I liked what I saw. He’s a good player, mobile, willing to make runs and close down, and will score goals.
 
I don’t really see how people manage to make such definitive judgements either way. 12 appearances, in bits and pieces - from what I’ve seen he started well, grabbed a couple of goals and didn’t look out of his depth, then he played a few games out of position after a long gap where he struggled (unsurprisingly) and the odd sub appearance dotted about. Honestly, I think he could finish the season as our top scorer with 20 or finish it on loan to AFC Fylde sitting on the bench. I’ll be making a judgement when I’ve a lot more to go on.
