Belief in the process

Early days but the longer this goes on that belief will be tested.

You can be the best coach in the world but coaching elite U23's at Liverpool is a world away from lower league talent, the football brains are not quite as receptive to the coaching.

Lets hope it just clicks and the confidence flows..........
 
That performance will have seriously affected belief and there isn’t one player that you look at and think he can sort the lads out in the dressing room ala Roy Keane. They will all be looking at the floor of the dressing room now and no one will be doing a Keane and tearing them a new one.
 
Who exactly sits on this council of the wise/transfer planning committee alongside Crtitchley? Has it ever been revealed?
 
I'm struggling to have belief in the process with thoes subs. If we had brought on subs that made sense then I would have no issue with the process as we hadn't played badly at that point, but when you go from playing ok and looking for a winner, to looking awful because of subs then I start to worry.
