Had his fingers in many pies it seems. That said, I’m not saying he wasn’t money laundering, I believe he has been known to associate with some sleezy characters in the past
I’m sure they always get the date right. One day that newspaper will print something that is true.
I'm not sure he knew anything about OO when they first met at a party..he does now!People are generally judged by the company they keep, he did good things for BFC but he came to the club as a friend of owen oyston.
I thought he came to sell his beerPeople are generally judged by the company they keep, he did good things for BFC but he came to the club as a friend of owen oyston.
My thoughts exactly.Funny how when I read something in a paper on a subject which I actually know something about, then I find it full of errors, misplaced assumptions and the outcome of generalism. Makes me doubt all the rest.
That's today's poorly educated agenda driven woke journalism for youRegardless of being true or not, the article reads like it’s been written by a twelve year old.
The Mail is woke now? Interesting. That's today's poorly educated agenda driven woke journalism for you
I am fairly sure they were acquaintances(do these types of people have friends?) before they became business partners, but I could be wrong.I thi
I thought he came to sell his beer
And Oyston persuaded him to invest
Are you implying Beach that the Mail contains contradicting articles on the same subjectI stopped reading the Mail on Line some time ago as It was pathetically biased, often totally inaccurate and driven by headline sensationalism ( to catch your attention) when the follow up text often portrayed a different story and the paper itself apart from the Saturday supplement is much the same.
Ive seen you hanging around with a few suspect typesPeople are generally judged by the company they keep, he did good things for BFC but he came to the club as a friend of owen oyston.

He came to the club as a business associate of OO not a friend...Big difference…People are generally judged by the company they keep, he did good things for BFC but he came to the club as a friend of owen oyston.
I don’t think Belekon realised how bad they were until they came cap in hand to him to buy players after the huge windfall from Premiership,Belekon got into business with an Oyston that makes his character dubious to say the least, helpful in getting rid of them for sure but was paid 31 million of BFC funds in the process. Glad he has gone. Decent human beings at the helm now.
B(l) each says judge for yourself...but don’t take that as a recommendation to visit their crap website. Are you implying Beach that the Mail contains contradicting articles on the same subject
mental age of a 12 year old possiblyRegardless of being true or not, the article reads like it’s been written by a twelve year old.
Maybe one of the junior Oystons is there on work experience. The Mail is woke now? Interesting.
Actually the problem is that the Mail Online hires a bunch of underpaid graduates to vomit stories onto the web based on a quick bit of Googling and zero basic fact-checking, never mind anything resembling editing.
Hopefully Mr B takes them to the cleaners, or at least sends a very frightening letter from our friends at Clifford Chance.
Pretty much agree with you.Ultimately with VB it was a case of the enemy of my enemy is my friend. I'm sure he's not a saint but by dealing with them who shall not be named he helped us out a lot and rid us of them as a by product which is fine by me. As they say one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.
He knew enough. He trusted Owen with his money. OO thought he had fleeced him and was happy to say so.I'm not sure he knew anything about OO when they first met at a party..he does now!
