It's only to garner the interest of today's young people. To my mind there's nothing comes close to the 1883 final when Blackburn Olympic pulled out all the stops in extra time to triumph, 2-1, over the mighty Old Etonians.

Utd v Arsenal in 1979. Alan Sunderland got the winner for the gooners. Seem to remember that being good but I suppose any game UTD lose is a good one.

I have to agree, I know it's our finest moment but apart from the last 5 minutes it's a terrible match.

Great 2nd half with Utd coming from two down to equalise only for Arsenal (Sunderland) to go immediately down the other end & grab the winner. For actual all day TV events the 70's FA Cup finals were great. Leeds vs Sunderland was a real shock & Southampton turning Utd over wasn't far behind. Chelsea vs Leeds on a quagmire Wembley pitch with both teams kicking the shit out of one another was a great watch.
