But the jury is in someone that has been sent off twice and caused multiple opposition goals and although Turton had a decent game, he still got skinned for their goal. Gabriel is faster and more attacking. He hasn't been given time to settle to show his defensive capabilities. He's a far better footballer than Turton.

I'm hopeful that the OP is the wrong question. In other words, if we have everyone fit and knowing their roles we shouldn't have a best 11, we should have the right 11 for the team we're playing.
