Best League One summer Transfer

Burton have added a former Seasider in Jake Caprice today … 🤷‍♂️

Interesting to see how many departures they’ve had as well …
 
Portsmouth, Oxford, Derby and Charlton have probably been the most active with decent players. I expect those teams to be near the top.
 
Plenty of clubs doing some smart business, although most will have probably lost a few also. The likes of Oxford, Burton, Bristol Rovers and Charlton were all pretty poor last season, so needed a refresh.

Derby and Bolton are the obvious favourites of those who were in L1 last season. Portsmouth were on a decent run and have recruited well. Reading may well start to assemble a decent side also.

Whereas Barnsley have lost their manager, best players and haven't recruited so well. Peterborough also appear to be worse off and maybe even more so if JCH leaves for Coventry.

I still think we are in the top 4 sides based on current squads. If we can bring in a couple more, I will fancy us strongly.

Shocked a lot of teams last time we were here. The silent assassins even went bottom of the league just to keep up the rouse.

It was all planned for maximum Wembley, end of the season drama as per.

If we get another 3 of that calibre we’ll be flying - just think we’re under the radar for that reason.
