Being the owner of a few shares in Blackpool FC, I have received a letter from the club seeking approval for changes to the Articles of Association as required by the EFL. The letter is accompanied by a 34 page document of the revised Articles, but I have no idea what the changes are.
Being reminded that I do own a few shares in the club, during the Oyston years that there was a suggestion that shares be donated to BST to give them a stake in the club. As there will come a time when I have no further use for the shares, I wondered if anyone knows if anything came of that?
