Sorry, this must have been posted before, but can anyone help with registering on the new site?
numerous times I've tried to register again, asked to reset the password, never get any response.
every time I phone the club I'm always in Position Number One in the Queue, which rings for ever until it cuts off.
Could someone please point me in the right direction, thanks.

Check your spam for the email. mine went in there

No idea tbh didn’t check that. If you can I’ll have a look. It knew my season ticket seat for me to renew that.

I must of done the password reset 5/6 times and it never came, junk folder or otherwise.
 
Just read a lovely tweet from a Pool fan online. Very proud of their IT degree, need it for their new challenge, signing up to fishul site

For balance, apart from the email into my spam, it went very smoothly, and, after a few days, even knew about my ST.

Yeah should be ok then but just check, make sure not missing out in any benefits.
 
It’s all laid out in that article they put on the official site. You sign up with a brand new account, your sales history is linked to the new account by entering your membership number on your season ticket in the settings of the new account.

There’s nothing going wrong here with the site.
