Bi Plane over Blackpool

Anyone noticed the Bi Plane flying over head today and last few days. It's been a nice distraction when it does its little show, but Ive noticed its not appearing on Flight Radar 24. I know its a nerdy question but does any one know why?

Whatever term you use, I reserve the right to be incredibly offended and seek to have you cancelled for being so insensitive and bigoted.

Being an older aircraft it may not be fitted with a transponder and issued with a squawk code by ATC, therefore would not be picked up by flight radar 24, but allowed by ATC to fly in a restricted area, ATC can still keep an eye on it by using their primary radar, purely a signal bounce off the aircraft giving its position and little else, ww2 vintage.

Flight radar primarily draws its data from automated transponder systems that relay GPS data to ground based receivers.

Light aircraft aren't required to carry them if they are flying under visual rules.
