Probably some nutter going to say you cant incase you catch covid off the flag next, despite surfaces not being the way its spread.

Don't know where they are ,and they usually get put there by the volunteers.As for flying BB you need people to do it ,sadly we lost one of the team and I now reside in Block L with my lad so it's a bit awkward to fly on the South.
