Just a heads up there are major roadworks currently on the a1 between Ferrybridge & doncaster..
Would avoid if possible...might be worth heading down the m1 then m18 & picking up the a1 near doncaster

We've just been out for a walk with the dogs, at Torksey Lock, and came across this place along the canal side, it has to be a good omen, right?
