Blackpool in the news again

For sure it's an issue, but, whilst some of the responsibility surely lies with Blackpool's woefully inept council, it's time social services in other parts of the country took some responsibility for their "problem" kids instead of shipping them off to the seaside
Absolutely. One of Margaret's policies that we've fallen foul of.

And letting the out of town scrotes in but that’s Blackpool Council for you!
I'm not sure Blackpool can do anything about that. People can live where they want, and superficially, Blackpool will always appeal if you live in some inland dosshole. Of course, those councils will be all too willing to offload too.

True Wiz but Blackpool Council are paid by other councils to take their problem scrotes!
Paid, but Margaret's legislation means they can't refuse to take them and the money received doesn't cover the true cost.

It's the nearest thing to freedom of movement we now have😉

You can spin it anyway you want but that article is pure Blackpool bashing, there are similar problems throughout the country but choose to take the nice easy political option.

Never said it wasn't, just pointing out the medias glee at putting the boot into Blackpool AGAIN. Tossers, but you keep defending them.
Agree with this, the media rarely if ever have anything positive to say about the town, despite millions wanting to visit it every year, it's not like Woking or St Albans have any fucker wanting to go there.

If you’ve ever been to Woking, you’d know why
