Can't afford to lose with our away record, simple as that. 3-0 Blackpool. Bring on the fist pumps.

Will absolutely take any kind of home win today and we are probably expecting it… which is usually dangerous!

I’m confident, nevertheless. Shedloads of fixtures this month so the team is probably only known to Mystic Meg.

There has been speculation about Dougall for about a month now.

If he’s going, I wonder why he hasn’t gone yet 🤔

Odd.

Kenny Dougall drops out again. You’ve got to wonder if we’ve now seen the last of him. If so, is getting a top League One midfielder the priority before Deadline Day?

Just a thought, isn't that the sort of question he should be asking the club/Critchley directly, rather than just posting it on Twitter?

King Kenny is gone, probs rejected a new contract. The personal issues is bollox, why just not come out and say he is going.

It's a typical "safe" Critchley team again. Connolly, FFS!! This formation is making us leave players out who should be playing.
True to some extent, I'd have "rested" Connolly and started with Gabriel or Marv there, I suppose we've got to see what Coulson brings to the party but I think maybe Dale could have started instead, perhaps he sees Coulson has a bit more defensively.

We need a good win today... hoping Joseph kicks on

But next week critch needs to start his best players as gonna be a tough tough one against Bristol.

i think couldons starts as probably natural left side wing back , can we all honestly say Dale is a wing back
surprise Lyon’s never started thou , can CJ be dropped , critchley has put 2 up,top , so CJ goes to right wing back

Who knows what's going on regarding Kenny Dougall. I think it's a shame if it ends this way because he has been a popular player. We probably want a fee from wherever he's going and so it might drag on till deadline day. I still think Ekpiteta, Dale and Gabriel should be starting with Dale in particular unlucky to miss out given how well he played against Burton.

I was listening to an interesting discussion on Radio 5 yesterday lunchtime between Jermaine Defoe and Troy Deeney. they were talking about how footballers were affected by being dropped. Basically if they are clearly the better player and being left out, sometimes because of a manager's relationship with a player then it has a really negative affect and the player becomes frustrated and unhappy and it affects the other players.

I'm not convinced there isn't some of this going on with Critchley and some of our players, I suspected it when e was first here too with the likes of Yates and Bowler. It was a really interesting half an hour so may be worth trying to find. Not everything in the garden has to be rosy, but there are some who think it's a tangerine fluffy world.
