Blackpool v Lincoln City Official Matchday Thread 01.01.24

A few injuries/illness effecting the line-up. Bench really weak offensively.
Not sure what Carey has done not to start, I think he's massively improved last couple of months, played and won against Bristol Rovers and then not started last 3. Bizarre. Connelly starting again is also very worrying, along with Husband who has been poor last few weeks.
Positives Dale deserved a start and Marv on bench after being ill.

Virtue and Morgan ahead of Carey is bizarre. It's like you are rewarded for bad performances and dropped for good ones.

All of these players randomly out and we have absolutely no idea why. The clubs communication ** sucks.

It's a horrendous show at this club currently.
To be fair Kurt the only one we don't know anything about is Kenny and I agree there has been very little communication about his issues, maybe he wants it that way?

We know about the rest with illness and injuries, don't we?

Strange isn't it. A Carey/Dougal midfield coincided with our best/most consistent results this season yet neither of them are now in the team. I can't fathom how he's watched the Burton/Port Vale games and then decided not to put him back in. It's beyond frustrating.

Already look very dodgy but expected. Dale letting an easy cross into the box but only Critchley would play him as a wing back.
