Bolton get 17 more tickets than Oxford

Would have been embarrassing if we got to play off final v Bolton. We take 20k they sell out 35k
Don't agree with that, nowt to suggest we'd ever take so little. Have we ever taken 20k to a play off final?

We took 30k in 2007 against Yeovil. In your scenario we'd be going into a playoff final against one of the auld enemies in Bolton, at maybe 6 or 7 wins on the bounce depending how we did in the playoffs. Would be 30k easy.

Haha, me too mate - the two times i've been to Wembley it's been a long sad journey home... 3rd time lucky?🙏
gotta be. massive Bowie fan. Ive not been to Oxford Town. . 2010 Champs play off final 2012 against West Ham. Shit horrible day. just knew it would end up. S...TE. gonnas have my yellow shirt on. if i had one.

Bolton will sell out and I would be very surprised if Oxford did. Although I'm not sure when they last played at Wembley. I would be pretty confident that we would sell more than Oxford and it's like a second home to us.

We took 33k to the national league playoffs in 2010. Clubs come a long way since then on and off the pitch, so I think we’ll surpass that.

To be honest I didn't realise Oxford was only an hour away by car. Still not sure you will sell out but we'll see. Hope you win. Would prefer another local game vs Bolton next season.

Yeah it's really not that far, which is partly why we do so well on numbers vs our typical 9k at home...

36,550 to 36,533 - Fix! 😄
With such an imbalance in the level of ticket allocation for the two sides, what possible chance of parity in the pending 'showcase' fixture!?!?

I only echo the sentiment so eloquently expressed by BFCPaul - but with exclamation marks infinitum!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Steady, Three_Piers, you're starting to come across as a bit of a Billy Big B-----s, doncha think?

(As an aside, and I may be wrong, but I think Oxford may have made a Wembley appearance at some point during the 1980s, in a final which featured no less a figure than a certain Mr Gary Briggs, an illustrious BFC old boy of a certain vintage ...)

Wonder if they’ll be a block of opposition fans in one of the other teams end like us and West Ham 🤬🤬

They won the Milk Cup.

Three weeks ago, there were plenty on here saying they wouldn't go to Wembley as Critchball was too boring and we'd get hammered.

A slight correction, Wiz. I don't it's only in the past three weeks that Pool fans have been making their feelings known. The view was being aired, in some shape or form, quite vociforously, almost immediately the season started and we had the 'pleasure' of being exposed to Critchball for the first time ... A moment to treasure - NOT!

Good luck neyo! You may well need it cos I think they are maybe 2 goals better, sorry.
I’d rather keep Bolton down cos good games for us.
