Our board of directors should hang their collective heads in shame for ignoring Evo every time. And now he would quite rightly give them the finger. Well done Evo, a further example of what a shambles we now are that we don’t want a legend of the club who is now fulfilling his management potential.

Show him WHAT. Vision ? Bolton took best part of 40 000 fans to Wembley and in the promotion mix . I think he's already pretty excited about Bolton's vision at the moment .
Not even sure whatever vision we might have is even visible sadly
 
Visting Bolton fan. I would of course say this but ...

Evatt has Bolton in his heart every bit as much as Blackpool now and the feeling is reciprocal. He's as safe as houses with our Board (the folks who saved us from liquidation) and he's getting financial backing at the right moments. There's a strategy/project and bit by bit he's implementing it.

The only time I've really heard him talk about Blackpool was on Football Focus a year or two ago when they showed his Premier League goal in the 2-2 draw the Reebok in 2010 when we came back late with Martin Petrov and that incredible Mark Davies goal.

Just as with that great man of footballing wisdom and integrity Mr Armfield you'll have to put up with us sharing affection and loyalty for the guy.

Yes he was
Think he is too outspoken for certain people at club and wants, a big say in recruitment, but looking at Barrow fans forum at the time they loved the style of play at Barrowcelona under Evatt, and remember how long Barrow had been non league
 
I think we need to forget about Evo he would touch the Blackpool job with the preverbral 💩stick, nor would Wellens. Couldn't blame either as the place is toxic again at the moment and no upcoming ambitious manager could enhance their CV by being here and that's why we ended up with Applecart and MM😡

It’s not Toxic, we just need to get back to basics and rediscover a sense of ambition / direction.

It’s a fantastic job for someone 👍
