While he’s in their side Preston will be mid table champ at best - not a Prem player, is he? Good strike today but I’d suggest he’d struggle to make any other XI in the league.

Football players nowadays aren't very clever. I only played pub football and a bit of West Lancs but if someone did that after scoring and then wiped a teammate out you were on his back ( literally) until he either retaliated and got sent off or got substituted before he did

He was the one player on the pitch who really wanted it today. Shot (rather than shat) at the first opportunity and it knocked the stuffing out of us. If only our lads had wanted it as much. When he goes home to polish his medal and look at his winners photos, he'll always be wearing a Pool shirt

He’s been very lucky I suspect there are some pne who would agree.
I genuinely can’t think of who he would replace in our team .
In his position we have better .
He would struggle to make our development squad .
I think I was generous when I said he’s top end league two tbh
The odd flash of brilliance isn’t enough for us I’m afraid although I accept we could have done with it today .
Alvaro Fernandez however he is a different proposition entirely but Potts ? I’m sorry no thanks .
