Brad Potty Potts

I mean it's what every footballer should be doing to be honest when you get pelters.

Personally I think he is absolutely garbage. He's got a decent shot on him but he's always been a bit powder puff and goes missing constantly from games.

If you look at Fernandez their left wing back, they'd take a right wing back version of him instead of Potts every day of the week.

I don't blame him for his celebration one bit. It's the only thing they have to celebrate this season.
 
To be fair to Potts he was subject to some terrible abuse from Preston North End fans a couple of years ago at Notts Forest where fans of Preston North End cheered when he was taken off!

I believe we paid what would amount to around one and half millions with add on (s) and t hen he has been asked to play wing back!

He has not had an easy time and has had to battle to become a player that has now played well over 100 games a this level.

Although personally i would prefer if a player has eighty per cent of the ground to celebrate with he should prefer to celebrate it with his own fans.....although i do not blame Potts in the moment and where his goal went in... Whiteman on there other hand should know better!

He was a decent prospect when he played for us but inconsistent and lazy. I understand his gesture but in a highly charged game which always attracts high police presence he should have been carded for his celebration.
 
Nobody even went when he was a playing for us. He’s a complete irrelevance as far as ex players go so I don’t get why we give a shit about him or why he feels the need to react that way but I suppose if he was getting stick from our fans then fair enough.
It’s hardly a Tony Ellis situation is it.

That’s a fair assessment I think. Personally I hate it when players celebrate in front of away fans, because while I understand them wanting to stick it to the vocal minority who abused them, they’re a) ignoring their own fans who really should be the focus and b) goading the silent majority who’ve done nothing to them and maybe even liked them when they were at your club.

I didn’t like Potts, for me he had lots ability but no heart. When the going got tough, he wasn’t the man for the fight IMO, but I never did anything to incur his abuse. Not the end of the world though!
 
Just seems like a bit of a dick trying to ingratiate himself still with PKE fans, because no one at BFC gives a fuck about him to be honest, most of us rarely if ever saw him play. I'd struggle to pick him out of a line up.
 
When you think back to how our players have been sent off for next to nothing this season and this big show pony wipes out Husband with one cheap shot foul and goads away fans it makes you wonder what they have to do to get sent off. Only Curtis Nelson reacted whereas Burnley players assaulted Sonny Carey to get him sent off. In a way it shows how powder puff we have become especially with Madine out of action.

How soft have we become, in order for Bradley sodding Potts to become a tough tackling winger nullifying anything down the left until he was subbed?

I barely remember him playing for us. There was no connection with the club when he did.

And also if you celebrate like he did in front of us on Saturday. Expect to be hit with all sorts of things.
 
See he's signed a contract with the Nobbers until 2026 .. one of those we should have kept hold of .. would've felt at home in Blackpool the amount of times pigeons poo on my car!

The guy was subject to abuse from Pool fans.
Only watched him at a few away games where he played OK alongside Cullen
Both players were awarded MOTM during play offs against Luton and Exeter.

Yes, against Exeter in the play off final, he had a very good game, scoring the first and laying on the second!

The lad is absolutely firing on all cylinders this season, just shows how a decent manager can get the best out of his players.

My first time on here since I posted on this thread, about 3 weeks ago at a guess. Unlike your saddo We8PNE who's made over 7.5K posts on our forum and just a handful on here. 😂

Always seems to have a attitude problem and appears arrogant which let's himself down.
In his defence his goal at Wembley contributed to our promotion that season.
He's played over 400 games and he's only 29 which is a stat to be proud of.
Not one of his fans by the way.

Andderserved them !

Potts was a fair player — he‘s an ordinary C/ship player (not George Best) though hisantics off the pitch are similar
