Bradford v Wycombe

Watching this game in a sort of "Look at what you could have won" way. Two thoughts - both are neither interesting or relevant to Blackpool.

1. Both teams kits look like they would be better suited to Rugby. Hoops vs Quarters
2. The pitch is f*****g dreadful.

They might as well have the final at Barnet now or turn half of Wembley into a car showroom for the day

Bradford would have taken over 30,000. I doubt Posh and Wycombe will combined, although it's not far for either.

Remember the Play Off weekend when we plated Scunthorpe at old Wembley. I've a vague memory Peterborough were in the 3rd tier final & took around 40k. Maybe their first ever Wembley visit?

Only 6903 in attendance 859 more than us and they average over 17k for league games!
Just goes to prove their £10 argument to our £15 for the semi's was utter bobbins.
It shows our attendance was alright for the price and given our usual attendances.

More Blackpool fans turned up as a % of the average crowd.

Here is the reason the Bradford pitch is in such bad nick.

Due to the already wet and heavy conditions of our sports pitches, we have unfortunately had to take the decision to close all our grass sports pitches for this coming weekend (24 and 25 February 2024).

The pitches will be inspected again next week (Thursday 29 February 2024) and we are hopeful that fixtures can return to normal next weekend.

Agreed, and their home league attendance is boosted by loads of cheapo and freebie season tickets as far as I know, at least it used to be.
