Break clause in Critchleys contract?

Many managers have break clauses in contracts for failing to meet a performance target e.g. not reaching the play offs . Was Sadler wise?

They’re good friends apparently,I’m sure Critchley’s comfortable and feels no pressure from SS,though that could change next season if we aren’t where we should be.

We're not where we should be THIS season
I know we aren’t but there’s no chance of SS potting him this season, whereas if it’s the same old shite next season I’m sure it’ll be being considered more so then than it would be now.

To pay a coach after consecutive recent failure and expect success equals insanity

Cue Grayaon, Appleton and Critchley's returns, besides McCarthy's appointment.

No way Sadler will sack Neil this season?

No chance promotion next season.

If Mr Snoozeball remains, fans who renew season tickets buy collective punishment.

Watching this afternoon I actually feel a bit sorry for Critchley - so many of these players are below average.
