Yes I think the only mistake that's stood out that they've made in the last 5-6 years or so, since they moved to the Matthew Benham moneyball approach, was who they replaced Mark Warburton with. But got back on track with Dean Smith and seem to have a succession plan in place now.
Seem to get it consistently right on recruitment, almost to the point where when their best players are ready to be picked off for profit, they almost make it look like they're actually in the way of the next group, and are happy to see them go. How long they can keep that going for not sure but they're edging closer to the Premier League with it. Which like it or not is the prize.
If you look at their management structure job titles they're the exactly same as ours now so you can see who Sadler is looking towards for inspiration.
