I would have thought he earned enough money from the game but Super Brett is works for a well known delivery company and has just delivered me a parcel!

Not the person I expected to see when opening the door and I hope he found my address easier than his car at Harrogate!

Brett is a down-to-earth lad, I'm sure he is pretty frugal and will do whatever is needed to look after his family. Good luck to him.

Someone told me Ormerod works as a delivery driver a while back and I thought they were bullshitting me, guess they weren't fibbing!

Did you say anything Blackpool related to him? 😂 I reckon in the shock of the moment I'd do something embarrassing like try and kiss his right foot

Unbelievable really that he should need to considering his fantastic career. One of the greatest to ever wear our shirt. But fair play to him, real down to earth genuine bloke who's gone above and beyond for Blackpool fans all the time.

He spoke about this on the @utmp_ podcast a couple of weeks back ... apparently it’s Hillsy’s round that he helps out with!

Don't forget that Brett was not a prolific earner during his time.
Never in the £10,000+ per week bracket I wouldn't think.
That's his business of course.
Good luck to him whatever he does.
Wonder if he wants a part time driver? 😉

well worth a listen on the undr the cosh podcast and has some interesting thoughts on the national treasure that is Harry Redknapp.....

what company is it ? I may just order something so I hopefully get him and can say hello and thanks for the memories.

Thought he'd bought a dpd franchise a while ago and does the odd day delivering. Could be wrong but swear I read that a while ago

I remember a few years back I was having a scoop in Lytham and Micky Mellon delivered some CO2 cylinders from a lorry. Also Alan Suddick decorated a house opposite me and at the time thought it a little sad.
