Remember reading a post on here yesterday about how well he was doing at Brum and people being surprised he'd managed close to 10 games without injury:

Birmingham 0-0 QPR
Not great news for Birmingham as Keshi Anderson goes down and after a bit of a pause while he gets treatment on the pitch, he gets back up, shakes his head and is substituted off.
Oliver Burke comes on in his place for his home debut for the Blues.
 
We did right to release him, he was always going to break down again and he will spend more time out injured for Brum than fit, we did right to get rid of all the crocks. I hope Gabriel & Lavery aren't going to go down the same road.

We didn’t release him as he walked away for bigger money, rejecting our offer.
However I do agree with you, awesome player but he looks broken for good and will gradually slip towards Stewartdom.

I do agree on Gabriel and to a smaller degree Shayne, I just can’t see how he’s going to recover and continue to be robust. He seems susceptible to knee issues and Lavery hammy issues.

Pretty sure he wasn't offered a new contract Chunkylad,it was reported in the Gazette that the club weren't in a position to offer him a new deal.

I can only assume Kesh made it clear it wasn’t worth trying as his agent had Championship deals lined up?

He’s been one of my favourite players in last 3 seasons but he’s no longer to us.
