There is a culture among some immigrant Eastern men that is casual about sex but which won't allow them to trawl their own offspring. All of that is wrong and those men need to be educated away from those predilections.

I’m more confused, so what your saying is they won’t sexually abuse their own underage children, but they need educating not to sexually abuse underage children over here which they clearly have been doing!
