Burnley ticket question...

Friend of mine trying to buy a ticket for the friendly for himself, uncle and daughter.
He's signed up as a new user. Won't let him buy them saying its assigned to a 'newley registered client' - anyone know how to get round this?
Thought they were open for all to buy not just season ticket holders?

One for the ticket office it sounds like you normally need a booking history to get a ticket for the home end.
Phone up or pop in Monday.
