I want better football, better team selection, better delivery into the forwards, a team that doesn't labour to victory against poor opposition because youve chosen to play wing backs but firgot to pick wing backs who know the position and can deliver a decent ball. I want the best players in the team regardless of who signed them. Everybody equal.

I'd actually like Dobbie as head coach because he played people in the right positions and appeared to have a better understanding of how to set up a team to attack. I'd like to see some good attacking football. Players who can link up. I eant to be entertained, rather than frustrated and numbed.

Very few of our crosses were successful yesterday according to the stats . Watch Barnsleys 7 goals. 4 of them come from superb balls from out wide. We need to compete with Barnsley as well as Burton. If you want to play 532, play your actual wing backs and improve their all round play by working with them. Lyons must have sat there wondering what the hell was going on, he could have played either side.

So @Gordon62 I think we can now see what i was getting at after we beat Burton 2-0. There was a lot wrong in that game despite the win. And Burton have lost all 3 league games aggregate 7-1.

We do need to be patient and acknowledge that 4 clean sheets is a very useful thing to build on. But we have a lot of issues to sort out in front of the defence that Critch should have a better handle on than he appears to have. We had better balance at Derby with Lyons on the right and Thompson on the left, and no CJ on the pitch. The midfield of Dougall Virtue Carey worked well.

I think maybe the problem is that CJ Lavery Carey are all players who don't do the link up play well so we are disjointed. We need some better chemistry from somewhere. Players who create better chemistry. And better balance. Weir should help but we need to lose CJ and we need Joseph fit too, probably. And 2 or 3 new players i suspect.

I'm sure he does accept there's a problem and won't be happy. Like he wasnt happy with the second half against Burton. Now the fans are on the players backs he's going to soften his own criticism of their performance.

He can concede it was a poor performance without criticising the players. He could, for instance, just say it was a bad day at the office. And then add we must get ourselves together and do better, instead of constantly trying to gloss over the fact we were basically crap.
