I’d be quite happy if Debbie was promoted. Possibly Charlie. They may not have the experience but they’d have enthusiasm by the bucket load and they would lift the players and get the fans back on board. It just couldn’t be worse than it is at the moment and doing nothing is not an option.
We keep hearing that we need to strengthen in January but how do we know it’s not Appleton who’s putting players off coming here? We can’t make players come if they don’t want to and at the moment we’re hardly an attractive proposition.

We’re all aware of some of the fans views about Appy but can’t believe a majority of fans chanting ‘you’re getting sacked in the morning' in the North, and then lo and behold we score and all of a sudden we never stop chanting!
