Since 8.30 this morning a Cadent Gas engineer has been on Poulton Road in Carleton with his van engine running.
I told him his engine was running at 9.30 after I had been out and came back an hour later.
Just got back again at 13.15 and he is still sat in the van with engine running, playing with his phone and vaping.
His van is not the source of a site generator.
Thought a facilitator of fossil fuels might be more responsible.
Meanwhile the road is down to one lane ... priceless
