Husband goes under the radar because he's a proper defender, Callum Mcdonald has one advantage over JH in that he's a bit quicker, but JH has never been really consistently shown up pace wise either.
Having said that Husband struggles going forward, his storming run almost the length of the pitch for the 1st goal at Ipswich springs to mind, and it was his forward run that won the free kick on the edge of the area for Kaikais free kick against the cods, that's 2 assists off the top of my head.
Disagree also that Mcdonald suits the system better, Mcdonald is a wide midfielder by trade as much if not more than he is a LB, certainly most of his 19 games were played in a more advanced role (either wide left of a midfield four as a LWB when we played 3 at the back) NC's system usually is 4-3-3, the midfield 3 in that system are relatively narrow with attacking width provided by the front 3 Not by wide midfielders or wing backs.......Full backs will be expected to join in as with most modern systems but Husband is more than capable of doing that.
