Came across this load of “”**

Just to remind everyone what a c**t you were

Is this a real article? If it is it's priceless.

"Oyston junior, who will take Gill's title of managing director, added: "There can be only one boss. I want to do things my way. We have done a deal with Gill and she is happy.

"I want the club to be more positive. There will be investment and we will be bringing in new players.

"When we have drawn up our plans we shall keep the fans informed - and our plans will include a new stadium for them."

Some people don't like reading this kind of old stuff but I do. It should always be raked up to remind us of where we are now.

"The biggest shock, however, is the departure from Bloomfield Road of Gill Bridge, Owen's most trusted lieutenant, and seen by many as the business brain of the club."...... oh little did they know.... we had business supreme koko to lead us 😞

Nice to keep this link tho when other fans (particularly pne) say we only protested after we got relegated from prem... which we all know is utter bollocks, but nice this mentions a protest.

Indeed, here's a protest from just before the fan's voice lost the 'i' and became an Oyston travel company.

Of course, this never happened according to @Norfolk White who insists we only stopped going because of relegation and rhought the Oystons were loveable rogues.

The link also has this gem from 1973, half an hour of PKE losing goodness...

Great link that Lytham - thanks.

A few observations ....

Knob ends stand in keeper has a good game.

How chite were the Preston fans? - nearly 40 years ago and they were still cack then. I’m sure I heard a “shall we sing a song for you” whilst watching that.

Why the hell were we singing “You’ll never walk alone” 🧐🧐

I think YNWA was sung by quite a few teams back then.

My favourite part of the video was Frank Lord's excellent camel coat appearance when their keeper got injured, he was only the caretaker manager inbetween Alan Ball Sr and Bobby Charlton.

👍That’s great Lytham, my daughter and her mate are in the first shot at the beginning of the video, bless em.
