I'm as guilty as anyone for this, so please take this in the spirit it's intended.
I feel like as a forum of Tangerines, debate and discussion over the past couple of years is increasingly polarised and confrontational.
Has anyone else felt this? Could we perhaps figure out a more convivial way to talk about stuff?
Every single one of us loves Blackpool. It sucks that politics and different beliefs seems to increasingly divide us.
I've been confrontational and mocking with posters who I disagree with, so I'm in a glass house.
Is this just inexorably linked to how toxic UK politics/society is, or can we find a way to disagree agreeably?
I always think of an away day at Stoke when Jerry scored near the death. Absolute limbs, random people jumping on my back and hugs all round. I'd hate to feel that if that happened today we wouldn't all necessarily be united because of online squabbles over politics.
