They were like their manager - horrid & nasty.A ** pub side, team of cloggers and we couldn't even get a point at theirs.
No worry 16 games to go and we can do it.
NO WE CAN'T
Bookmark it, do what you ** want with it, we will not make the playoffs
Yes, but it's the manager's job to get them to perform. So it’s the players under performing
Dobbie who loses most weeks with his team? That guy?Sadler, put Critchley on gardening leave and put Dobbie in charge for the rest of the season
You're right - maybe Gary Bowyer? He’s costing us time and money. At the very least get him a Tony Parkes like figure who can help him gain a greater perspective. He’s drowning in plain site.
I wouldn't give it Dobbie, but you might wish to look at the squad he has to work with, before making that comment.Dobbie who loses most weeks with his team? That guy?
It's really not the same. That's development football with a limited pool of players and also playing with a philosophy to match the first team.Dobbie who loses most weeks with his team? That guy?
“Credit” what the fuck for?Steve Evans deserves credit. Showed his pal Critchley up . Their budget must me 25% of ours.
If you're going to play shit boring football then you need to get the 3 points. We do the first bit.“Credit” what the fuck for?
If they we’re still playing now they wouldn’t have scored. Just a wicked deflection off Marvin (again)
Yes, they beat us but if I had to watch that hump football week in week out then honestly, I would stop going
And you could guarantee that if we played like that there would be anarchy on this forum
Look at their position and ours. That will answer your rant. He deserves credit for having a team so limited to be in the position they are in.“Credit” what the fuck for?

Yep, they are punching well above their weight (maybe not their managers) and we are very much underachieving.Look at their position and ours. That will answer your rant. He deserves credit for having a team so limited to be in the position they are in.
Exactly. Thus why I said he deserves credit. Unlike Critchley .Yep, they are punching well above their weight (maybe not their managers) and we are very much underachieving.
He's been playing 3-4-3 for weeks. Today Joseph, Kouassi and Hamilton were the front 3. Gabriel and Coulson the wide players in a 4 with Morgan and Norburn in the middle.Personally thinks he needs to change formation, last time we went up he used 4.3.3 , some reason this is using 352
Like I said , is he scared not to lose , not trust the defence side of things
Yep and it’ll be the same for all the opposition teams as well. It's really not the same. That's development football with a limited pool of players and also playing with a philosophy to match the first team.
He wouldn't with our first team squad.Dobbie who loses most weeks with his team? That guy?
Owen Dale is a better right winger than CJ. Ironic that as soon as we ship Owen out, we decide to play CJ further forward.I can understand why he didn’t start Dembele and he didn’t influence the game when he came on.
CJ was very poor.
Still think maybe 433 be better ,you not thinkHe's been playing 3-4-3 for weeks. Today Joseph, Kouassi and Hamilton were the front 3. Gabriel and Coulson the wide players in a 4 with Morgan and Norburn in the middle.
Sadler will do nothing, it’s a mutual appreciation society unfortunately .I think you are right. But when the mistakes are repeating and I’ve backed you in the market if I were Sadler I’d have a meeting to try and understand the thinking.
Sacked the useless f****r.What would you have done differently today?
Yes I do.Still think maybe 433 be better ,you not think
He does, an extremely long one. 3 years or so.Means nothing. What they do on match day is everything. CJ needs a rest.
My point is he'll have more freedom to put his own tactics and ideas in place in order to win at first team level.Yep and it’ll be the same for all the opposition teams as well.
They now have to play in the Cone-boy's preferred formation which must be wonderful with even fewer players capable of playing it like you say. It's really not the same. That's development football with a limited pool of players and also playing with a philosophy to match the first team.
It's not CJ's fault he gets picked every week. He's just not very good.Owen Dale is a better right winger than CJ. Ironic that as soon as we ship Owen out, we decide to play CJ further forward.
Bang on, Stevenage are shit but Evans is getting the most out of that shit.Yep, they are punching well above their weight (maybe not their managers) and we are very much underachieving.
What boggles the mind is we have an analyst on staff. He has to be seeing what we are seeing and telling Critchley so why are we repeating costly errors? You're spot on. He has the players and has had the finanial backing. He strikes me as being very very childlike. His immature insistence on only making substitutions.on 70 mins. His love in with CJ instead of playing Lyons, his stubbornness, arrogance etc. Anybody who watches us regularly could pick the right team. It's never going to work out with this fool
So by definition he’s doing a good job at Stevenage.Bang on, Stevenage are shit but Evans is getting the most out of that shit.
Says a lot about us that with the players Critch has at his disposal that he can't get them performing better.
He's not getting anywhere close to what he should be out of them.
Yes Evans is doing a great job, did I say he wasn't?So by definition he’s doing a good job at Stevenage.
I know CJ isn’t a wing back, Lyons can play a bit, Casey is our best defender, Connolly was never a left back, Dembele needs to start, Lavery should start ahead of Kouassi, that hoofing the ball today was not a good game plan and the crap possession stats doesn't win gamesThat'll be going off all the inside training info you have, attitude etc...?
Another thought on CJ having read that on adapting to them. Can't believe we adapted our game to match Stevenage by playing Kouassi upfront. Embarrassing
It’s a slap in the face for his own players. Can't believe we adapted our game to match Stevenage by playing Kouassi upfront. Embarrassing
I wouldn't let 99% of AVFTT run a bath, never mind a football teamI'm being ** seriousness when i say 99% of AVFTT posters would make a better manager than Critchley. I just don't know whether A Tense Grin is in the 1% or 99%?
You win dumbo comment award. You have a brain of your own. Use it and make a contribution then ask for the views of others.Who u gonna get ya bellend
Sadler is the idiot who keeps hiring these shit managers on long contracts!I think you are right. But when the mistakes are repeating and I’ve backed you in the market if I were Sadler I’d have a meeting to try and understand the thinking.
The contract beggars belief. He could make Critchley work but to do that he needs to get him some help. Bowyer would be fine. Pulis would do as well because as is Critchley’s blind spots are insurmountable and our team will languish below its true capabilities.Sadler is the idiot who keeps hiring these shit managers on long contracts!
