Only in a week of opening up to golf,Staining GC have opened their bar to serve the members. Making out the golfers moved tables and chairs,who served them the beer. I hope its not happening at other courses round here.

Are they saying that they didn't do it themselves? TBF Staining GC has a lovely outdoor area. If, on a day like today the club spread the tables and chairs out so the people playing (in pairs) could have a drink with table service then I don't see the problem. Actually it sounds unmanageable.
 
So all pubs should be open then,is that what you are saying. Why are they serving alcohol when those lockdown rules havent come in yet. Who is running that place needs shooting.
 
A few pubs opening in London under the pretence of 'takeaway'..
People just buying the beers and sitting outside or on green space nearby...

I played Staining last week and thought that it would work in the outside area...

Im playing the park tomorrow instead, but to early for a beer 😉
 
It would work in lots of places. That’s not acceptable though for some to do it and some not. It’s not fair on other businesses.
A busines has just been fined a grand for doing this even though the tables were easily 3 metres apart so unless places like Staining golf club can afford to lose a grand I’d watch how they behave if I were them.
 
Not sure that's "allowed" even if they are using Social Distancing. Our club here in Kent are looking to do something similar, when allowed. Put out several tables, limit numbers per table and time spent. Losing revenue from social functions, bars etc is leaving a huge whole in may clubs finances.
