Many thanks if anyone knows this!
Collection is available at Bramhall Lane for tickets bought in advance, just not POTG. This latter a SUFC decision over which BFC has no control.Compelled therefore to order in advance, pay the cheeky little admin ‘extra‘ and then not receive them anyway.
Why do clubs do this? Seems bizarre to potentially turn away fans.Collection is available at Bramhall Lane for tickets bought in advance, just not POTG. This latter a SUFC decision over which BFC has no control.
So exiles like me would have to commit to buying a ticket by 4pm the day before (presumably via Blackpool F.C.'s site?) to collect a ticket at Sheffield United's ground (exact place unspecified) or else we can't attend?Collection is available at Bramhall Lane for tickets bought in advance, just not POTG. Almost a hang over from the covid times, no need for it now.So exiles like me would have to commit to buying a ticket by 4pm the day before (presumably via Blackpool F.C.'s site?) to collect a ticket at Sheffield United's ground (exact place unspecified) or else we can't attend?
I've not yet convinced the Mrs she'd enjoy an afternoon shopping on her own at Meadow Hall so with these extra restrictions, it's looking like no day out to Sheffield.
It's weird how everywhere else in modern life, businesses allow contactless payment to speed up and making paying for goods and services so instantaneous and easy whereas football clubs now make paying to get into games far harder than it ever used to be back in the 1970's.
Some spares being sold on the other thread.I'm normally able to make decisions well in advance - but at about 6.30 this evening, tomorrow's game became possible.
Apart from not being able to buy a couple of tickets.
It's a bit frustrating tbh
Go ticket office you'll get a ticket
should be potg at all grounds unless it sells out before match day obviously , why are football clubs so intent on making it difficult or impossible for fans who can't commit in advance I just dont get it . Turnstiles could easily work on contactless payment. If I recall STHs seats used to have a sticker on saying so in the old days of rock up & POTG
at the moment no potg is a major factor thats stopping me from getting to games , plus the pay on the day ticket prices which are excessive . its not that i can't afford |£28 or £25 its just that i feel its over priced so its a matter of principle too .That’s why I can’t go as I didn’t know until this morning if I would have any transport or not. Oh well that probably means we will get a win now!
This is killing footieCompelled therefore to order in advance, pay the cheeky little admin ‘extra‘ and then not receive them anyway.
