SO come October. ol hannah hands in the till moore will find out from the planning authorities whether she can keep her unauthorised pool/spa thing that was funded god knows how. more front than St ANNES , This charity chancer will hopefully have to demolish the building which was just put up because she fancied one, tom walked so HIS dodgy daughter could swim. all the good will and decency was washed away by Hannah and Colin whatsiface by their blatant use of the charities name. i posted on this about a month ago. no wonder people are so distrustful of charities. Not all are like this . But it still upsets many who gave . 🤢
 
She's poison, and that picture of her standing up at Wimbledon taking in the applause is absolutely sickening.
 
She was appalling from day one. Desperate to be a celebrity wheeling the old boy from one TV interview to the next where she would do all the talking.

I hope her little scheme collapsed around her and a thorough investigation is carried out as to where the money has been spend.
 
there's a report in The Daily Mail, some amazing revelations including receiving £800,000 from his book sales despite the forward of the book saying it was for charity and being paid £18,000 to be a judge at an event with her making a £2000 donation to the charity afterwards. Yes there are crocodile tears a plenty.
 
Just saw a clip of this interview on Twitter.

It appears she’s after sympathy 😆 it’s nobody else’s fault but your own so save your tears and your son saying she’s not coped at all because it’s not going to wash. She knew exactly what she was doing and she’s only fake crying because she got caught.

An utterly vile woman 🤮 who has disrespected her dad’s name, but at least she got a photo of him with Russ Abbott and Cliff Richard on the Barbados tour.

It’s also a timely reminder of when this country and most of its people lost its marbles 👎🏼

What is there in this story that could make anyone have any sympathy for her though. People bought those books thinking the money was going to charity. Many of those people will not have been very well off themselves, and now they’ve found out that all they were doing was helping to make her a very rich woman.
And of course she’s trying to pin the blame on her father, by saying it’s what he wanted. If true then he was just as much of a charlatan as her and if not true then she’s even more vile than is imaginable. Conveniently for her he’s not around to defend himself, or otherwise, so we’ll never know the truth of that.
Hopefully her and Michelle Mone will be sharing a cell in the near future.
 
This is so, so sad. A light in a very dark place was used by an unscrupulous individual to make a fortune. I always wondered about his "dream" holiday in the Caribbean which ended up killing him.

May she rot in hell
 
Gone from being bankrupt to millionaires thanks to the nation's generosity.

She is skin crawlingly dreadful. Thing is - when the dust settles they will walk off into the sunset extremely wealthy.

its the dad told us to keep the money defence that annoys me as he's not around to deny/confirm. Always thought there was another daughter so would be interested to see if she also got a cut of the book monies..
 
What sort of mind does this woman have?
The money was explicitly donated for the 'Cause', why on earth should she think it was for the family?

Was the money even hers to keep. Would be interesting to see the legal contracts. If the money was going directly to Captain Tom then it’s highly likely he’d intended it to be kept within the family. Otherwise it should have gone directly to the charity. The publishers have questions to answer too I think.
 
It was all a load of shite. Old man does 100 laps of his garden, empty heads seemed to be impressed. The NHS is funded by taxpayers its not a charity and should never be treated as one. Again cue emptyheads putting money to the 100 lap cause coz itz goin to NHS innit.
I do however sense the powers that be will come down hard, you know to distract their own wrong doing. Michelle Mone will be happy as Larry.

She's appealed the decision to demolish her extension/spa. With great publicity she got her old man a Knighthood, a number one record a first class return flight to Barbados and decided to take a large slice for herself.
Reckon her and her snivelling husband are persona non gratis down at the local Hare and Hounds.

She says they’ve been getting death threats and abuse online. Death threats should not be happening, but she can expect online abuse to continue
 
The Captain Tom £32m went to NHS Charities; basically they are separate to the NHS Trusts they are attached to she's raise money for loads of things and have been around forever.

That are regulated by the Charities Commission.

All of that money went to these charities up and down the country and we're used for things such as staff wellness rooms etc.

Absolutely nothing corrupt in any of that.

This other loaf of shenanigans is basically fraudulent.

She wanted to be a Trustee and paid worker for the Foundation; you can't except under very specific circumstances. Trustee because she wanted control.

Any money raised for a charity has to be used specifically for the purpose it was raised. That's the law.

At a service station stop I was in the loo and a poster about huge is a donation for period products for women fleeing war etc. The small print on the advert, says it can be used for emergency aid which may include hygiene products. So there is often a caveat to any campaign.

I don't like it.

IF the book cover says it was going for charity - it should have the Charity registration number - failure to do so is a criminal offence.

If she had intercepted that money which was going to the charity- it's a criminal offence.

She should serve time, I know at least 2 charity managers in Hartlepool who have - because the word charity carriers with it a huge amount of public trust - magistrates do not like us abusing it.

Personally, I think the Trustees should wind up the Foundation and give the funding to either the NHS Charities or to a veterans charity like the British Legion.

Sadly the brand is toxic.

The old fella caught a moment in time, inspired a huge fundraising campaign and had done loads of good - his daughter - not so much.

If the £800k that she and her family companies have siphoned off from the 3 books that had a forward from Captain Tom indicating charity fund raising, then this is obtaining money under false pretences and therefore fraud. That would be the case even if Tom intended that they had the money (which I doubt very much, especially as she appears to have been in control of his affairs. ). I am surprised if no-one has complained to the police on that point and that the police are not investigating.
