At this point, Derby are doomed, but a takeover between now and the end of the transfer window, and then all bets are off.
 
Little surprised by all the positive comments about Marco Silva at Fulham. Everton supporters think he's useless; he had them in 18th place in December when they sacked him. Before that he had maybe a quarter of a good season with Watford before tanking and an unsuccessful attempt at keeping Hull from relegation. Hasn't done anything of note in the English game and his sides always ship goals. I understand the case for picking Fulham to win the league, but I'd make that based on their squad rather than their manager.
