CHANGE the formation

It took Calderwood arriving last time to change his mind. So until someone in his backroom staff are bold enough to tell him he’s doing it wrong, nothing will change.

He’s too bloody stubborn. If we can see it ain’t working away from home why the hell can’t he. Baffles me to say the least

You’d argue at home that 3-4-3 (it’s not really 3-5-2) works really well.

Surely we need to be flexible and move between formations unless one works home and away. Even Pep rotates his formations in certain games.

Away from home we conceded too many so move to 4 at the back and two holding midfielders

That’s exactly what we need to do but this stubborn bastard won’t and that’s why he needs to go.

I can only think that he doesn’t know any other formation, he learnt it at coach school, and that’s it. Change or go.

Never mind the formation the players on the pitch have to take some responsibility for how pathetic they've been this week.

Confidence is shot as soon as opposition take the lead. They are instructed to carry on playing the way the manager demands, even if they do not agree with it.
We do have some bottlers rather than battlers though

Sick to death of seeing 3-5-2. Boring shit football that doesn’t work for the players we’ve got
You recently call A Tense Grin a depressing prick which made me laugh. Think a few of us have come over to his way of thinking over the past week.
