People wouldn't turn on a legend easily, not like they have on Appleton.

Whether it would work or not who knows, but one thing we would have is an absolute buzz and far more atmosphere, sometimes that's the difference, the fans roaring that extra few % out of the players.

We did alright, the issue is the run before of easier games we didn't get anywhere near enough from.

The one thing we get from a legend is massive fan buy in and atmosphere back.

When we win to see someone with passion, doesn't have to be planned fist pumps but just an outpouring of emotion, which you'd get with a Charlie type coach. That is in part how fan connections are built.

Given we're Blackpool we'll probably not be able to buy our way to safety so the only real way is to get thr best out of what we have and a few key additions, with motivation and fans on board, the atmospheres of old.
