He wouldn't be cheap but a deal until the end of the season should suit both parties. I'm sure his ambition is a club towards the top end of the Championship but there's not many of those jobs available, he's currently out of work so a deal until the end of the season would give us a chance of staying up and him a quick way back into Championship management.

If a bigger job then comes up in the summer he's not tied to us but the option of staying is there, if he keeps us up it does his reputation the world of good and if we go down it doesn't harm his reputation as we were going down anyway.

Hughton would be a terrible choice. The football would be shocking.

I would take someone who wants to play attacking football, plays Yates every game and doesnt tell us we are little Blackpool.

Who that would be Im not sure, but there you go.

Agreed, that needs a passionate, in yer face manager so Warnock it is !!

He would be great entertainment on the touchline if nothing else.

Chris hughton had an interview in one of the papers this week saying he would move back into management in England if a Championship club came calling.

I'll bet he would!
Not for me personally or Wilder for that matter...I don't like the way he buttons his jacket!
Dobbie maybe temporarily for Saturday until other possibilities have been assessed.

Not for me as such either just coincidentally i had read the article a day or so ago. His mam is from Limerick just a random fact id share lol. Dobbie doing well

The club should work out how much it will cost in lost revenue if we get relegated, and then throw as much money as possible to get Wilder in till the end of the season.
Under those circumstances, I don't see why he wouldn't take the challenge. Something could then be worked out longer term with someone else if he didn't want to further commit.

Manning failed at MK Dons this season, before getting the sack. No thanks.

Richardson didn’t do well in the Chanpionship with Wigan. No thanks.

Needs an experienced head at the minute, who can get the players grouped together, organised and up for the fight. Even if it is short term until the end of the season.

It would be nice. But I can’t see it. Whether it be 6 months or 6 years, people don’t often budge on the wages they believe they’re worth.

Wilder has one way of playing and we don't have the squad to make it work.
Would Wilder change his methods to suit the available players?
The board have just sacked a manager who wanted to play a system that didn't suit the existing squad, I'm hoping they've learned a lesson from that!!

352?

Grimmy
Williams Thornily Husband
Bowler Patino Dougall Carey Rogers
Poveda Yates

We'd be murdered down the flanks but we'd be magnificent going forward. 😂

Like I said we haven't got the squad to make it work!!
I'll give it a try with who's available now.
Grimmshaw
Connolly Thorniley Husband
Lyons Dougall Patino Trybull Thompson
Yates Madine

We'd have a bench with Bowler, Rogers and Poveda on it which doesn't seem right. An ultra attacking 3 5 2 might be interesting but losing 4 3 every week still ends up with us going down!!
