Christmas Day Off

You’re a footballer. You’re living the ** dream. An hour or so out of your Christmas Day isn’t the end of the world. Oh wait, you live over an hour from the training ground? Unlucky, you signed for Blackpool. At least Neil got to spend the day with his family. Wank

Seems unprofessional to go on a coach on the day of the game. Would have thought a 3 hour coach journey. Seems too eager to try and please the players by rotating and giving them all a game, at the detriment of playing our strongest team.

I would have taken a point, but we could t even do that.

Win at home, draw away is enough for the play offs but we can’t deal with the really average mid to bottom table teams in this league. Yet somehow we beat the better ones.

If that is true it is an unprofessional attitude which we reek of.
St George's Park on the doorstep to train yesterday with all the facilities required plus quiet hotel to get rest.
For once be ahead of the game!!

What I don't get is he gave them Xmas Day off as they'll be in every day this week - surely Xmas Day in and Wednesday off would have made way more sense.
