He also says that 2 other League 1 clubs have shown interest.. I wonder if we have enquired? (as a back up in case Rhodes goes back to Huddersfield)

Would also prefer Rhodes but we need a plan B.
Would not pay 500kgbp for a player on a free in summer.
Peterborough play hardball with players who do not sign new contracts, but it might bite them in the arse as he is hardly being used so may not even be match fit and no recent goal scoring record stats.
Think he is 29 years old so may be worth a 2 plus 1xdeal
