Anyone watched the latest series with Richie Wellens (you're a wanker) in charge?
I always find it an entertaining watch.

I really like it, have watched it since it started a few years ago. Interesting seeing the workings of a small club, but Gary N comes across terribly I think. Bordering on megalomania. Next years episodes, i.e. this season, will be good as will be all about Gary Bowyer, although halfway through season they are well of the play-offs again.

I've seen a couple, Neville might as well become manager as it's what he wants, despite his abject failure in his one job, he's also not very good at running the club, being spanked by Tom Clarke's agent is one example. Whoever is the manager doesn't seem to have any say whatsoever, I'd ;ast five minutes working for him before a quite large row I imagine.

Scholes always comes across as a knob as well.

Didnt realise that series was still going. Watched the first couple of series.

Changing the clubs traditional colours just to try make them a third Manchester United side in the area. Pff. The stadium looks totally soulless now, and crowds haven't really increased to a reasonable level.

Just caught up with the series this week, I quite enjoy them, it does give you an insight into how football clubs are run. To be an owner I think you have to have a degree of megalomania, as you are a fan and want success, will just depend on how patient owners are.
Have watched most of these fly on the wall documentaries including the Sunderland, Man City, and Crystal Palace ones. Palace one for me was most insightful as it started with their court case (in 2010?), and charted their rise to the Prem.
