Club shop - Kit sale

I note that, as per many clubs, this season’s shirt is now on sale, available @ £35, reduced from £50, altho’ other clubs are offering shirts around £20. All sizes at time of writing are available, which is a tad unusual, given previous years.

Whilst appreciating that the 23/24 kit is rapidly going ‘out of date’, I wonder if this season’s shirt has been apparently particularly unpopular due to:

a) Over-stocking
b) Dislike of the sponsor logo
c) Dislike of the design/shade
d) Team performance

It's (b) for me - the gambling sponsor & their logo is boring.
(c) has some merit - we need a bright colour similar to the 2 teams that wore orange/tangerine in the African cup. The current shirt on TV looks more like a light red colour.

Wasn’t enamoured with this seasons kit. Seems pretty cheap and basic.
Last season and the ones before were great though.
I must admit the VisitBlackpool logo was great too and it me more inclined to buy kits with it on.

I don’t buy them anymore due to changes in my physique making them rather unflattering on me 😂

There is a recession ongoing with inflation continuing to rise….football shirts at full/over-inflated price are not a priority at a time like this.

Would agree with that - you can get some decent gear these days for £50 which you can wear at other times.
I used to buy our shirts for the gym but find that the new 'breathable' stuff from Nike etc is far better,
Didn't like the shirt or sponsor this season.
When was the last time a shirt got a really popular reaction from fans?
This one certainly didn't.
