The discount was a good incentive for ST holders (that's no longer us BTW) & maybe worth reintroducing.
As we're now exiles, we buy most things online & pay the delivery charge; however, we've lost count of the number of clothing items that don't fit & we haven't bothered returning for a refund.

The sizing is fucked. You have to but 2 or 3 sizes bigger than you are in real life. Size M fits someone that's about the same size as an A4 sheet of paper.

Bought a full kit for my 2 year old nephew. Size was 2/3 years. Shirt too small, shorts fine, socks were almost the length of his entire body.

Almost every item of clothing (& not just Puma gear) we've bought, has either been too big (bucket hats that honestly would have fit humpty dumpty) or too small - shirts & jackets.
They really need to sort sizing out for next season & also get the size charts sorted, so they match all items of clothing.

It’s a problem at a lot of clubs with pretty much all the major manufacturers. Unless you’re a major team where the replica shirts aren’t the same as the shirts worn by the players (who naturally wear a more athletic fit). The sizing for the average fan is therefore skewed as ultimately the average fan isn’t after an athletic fit. It’s the same for training wear.
At larger clubs or international kits you can by both the ‘team’ kit and a ‘fan’ kit and although they’re the same size the fits differ massively.
I think the club need to give a bit of honest guidance with the sizing as buying online is a minefield and trying stuff on at the store on a game day (when most people buy merchandise) is almost impossible.

Another deluded loyalist.

Abuse for a valid critic only denies reality, amid the superior Preston's advance.

I crave Blackpool's success as much as, perhaps more than, the most ardent fans.

But, as with Grayson's return, the directors picked a second dud in 2.0 Appleton.

Failure to launch any independent probe on excessive injuries? Inexcusable.

Sadler's resistance to a second owner for quality buys compounds the shambles.

Keep the head coach? League One looms.

What do you even mean by an ‘independent probe’ ? This isn’t a public entity we’re talking about. It’s a football club, a privately owned business. As much as we as fans wish we knew more the reality is the only person anyone really answers too is SS. There’s never going to be an enquiry or probe. I’m afraid it’s wishful and quite bizarre thinking.

Sizing could be easily solved - I’ve repeatedly requested that the sizing guide for tops should simply be a ‘pit to pit’ measurement, allowing shoppers to measure against a garment they already own, before ordering.

Better service to supporters at no expense to club. Less returns/admin costs.

Response…..nil.

If you check the label you may be able to find out which country makes the clothes then you can contact them via email. Normally it's either the Middle East or the Far East.

Preston haven't been superior in my lifetime and any fan would never say they were. You lost the argument then and there.

The sizing is spot on this season IMO.It’s not the clubs fault if your body doesn’t resemble a normal human being.
My 12yr old is in a medium men's and is thin as a rake, so I'm not having that.

Well fair enough but I’m 36 and borderline podgy and a medium shirt fits me nicely. For the first years puma shirt I needed a large
The lad is in army cadets so quite trim, but tall. Certainly not out of the ordinary for his age. I think the whole sizing issue is just to get kids into the more expensive adult shirts earlier. All of the manufacturers are the same tbf.
