He tried but he’s just not very good. We need to play Lavery and Joseph together if Rhodes ban stands. I just don’t know what he’s supposed to be good at Beesley he’s wooden crap technique no pace. He gets the odd flick on, we’ll not get the play offs with him leading the line I’m afraid

Not what I saw today. Bees was way more effective than Bishop. Caused them problems in the air, whereas Marv stopped to paint with water colours, drink some Earl grey and still had time to dispossess Bishop

That's harsh. Beesley ran his socks off today. A properly unselfish performance by a player who improves with every game.
