Collecting season ticket

Morning guys, just wondering what proof I will need when I collect my season ticket today? The email I received when I purchased it mentions a pdf, but I don't appear to have been sent one.

Just something with your name & address on should suffice...

I just had to show something with my name on. Bank card. Driving license something like that

Ignore the PDF it doesn’t exist to be safe take proof of address or your previous ST. Credit card may also do as well.

Cheers guys, that's much quicker than the ticket office phone line. Currently 18 in the queue.

All you need is an id card, passport, birth certificate, utility bill, finger prints, retinal scan, blood test, hair sample, urine and stool sample and voice recognition test.

Pretty straight forward then its just a full body search, cavity search, sniffer dogs, x-ray and your good to go.
